(1) Vendor needs to provide website design and development service. • Redesign its institutional website to enhance design, navigation, and functionality.• Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to define goals, audiences, and key performance indicators. • Evaluating integration points with the existing Cascade CMS platform.• SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Analytics & Engagement• Integrations (CRM, SSO, forms, marketing automation, DAM, search).• Develop a modern, responsive design aligned with College’s brand. • Create wireframes and prototypes for key page templates. • Ensure intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces. • Ensure full compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards. • Collaborate with Hannon Hill/Cascade CMS for seamless integration. • Build the site using best practices in modern web development. • Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers• Monitor the website’s performance includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as page load time, uptime, bounce rate, and user engagement metrics.
