Scope of Work: Government Authority located in Florida; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for web development and creative graphic design services.
(1) Vendor needs to provide web development and creative graphic design services. - Reviewing agency communications plans and creating websites and graphic designs that support communications goals and objectives.- Supporting, with graphic design, web design and development and creative services, agency's execution of its communications plans.- Attending strategy and creative meetings and provide input and direction.- Developing designs that supplement, enhance or replace written content and aid in communicating agency's messages.- Generating multiple design options for agency's review.- Developing branded materials that communicate agency's mission, vision and values.- Creating and adhering to project schedules and budgets.- Completing all work within quoted project budgets and project timelines.- Creating custom illustrations to communicate technical information to a lay audience.- Designing and developing accessible websites and content that are Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliant with the current standard.• Designing graphics for use in print and digital formats including:- Brochures.- Logos.- Media kits.- Fact sheets.- Educational publications.- Annual reports.- Icons.- Advertisements.- Events.- Websites.- Social media.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 2, 2026. (3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on May 28, 2026.
