Northland Pioneer College
Who We Are
Northland Pioneer College, a taxpayer-supported community college established in 1974, adeptly delivers educational services across a vast service area in northeastern Arizona, encompassing nearly 200 miles and characterized by a low population density. It operates four campuses, five satellite centers, and various delivery sites, effectively serving a diverse community, where nearly half of the population is Native American. Acknowledging the importance of distance education, the college has utilized technology to enhance instruction, and is currently migrating its website from Drupal 6 to a more advanced D8 platform with the support of Archetype 5, showcasing its commitment to improving digital accessibility and user experience while remaining a dependable educational resource in the region.
