Since its launch in December 2022, the digital platform theatris-lsa.de has effectively enhanced the exploration of the independent theater landscape in Saxony-Anhalt. This comprehensive resource offers a diverse range of insights into the independent performing arts scene at all professional levels through its event calendar, database of venues and productions, digital cultural magazine, and online community. Between September 2021 and December 2022, a dedicated core team from the Landeszentrum Freies Theater Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. played a pivotal role in the development, beta testing, and dissemination of the project, ensuring its transition to sustainable operations. Under the leadership of project director Fabian Rosonsky, the platform's development has been expertly executed by CoWAIN with the support of openculturas distribution, establishing a robust foundation for ongoing cultural engagement.
