Kultino

KultinO, established in August 2023, is a digital culture portal designed for East Frisia, featuring a comprehensive event calendar, a database of cultural venues, a digital culture magazine, and an online community, substantially supported by the federal initiative "Heimat 2.0" in collaboration with the Sponsoring Region, the Landscape Association of Southern Lower Saxony. The ambitious project aims to complete the platform's development by mid-2025, transitioning to ongoing operations thereafter, under the leadership of Dr. Welf-Gerrit Otto and Maike Nordholt from the Cultural Agency of the East Frisian Landscape, with platform development facilitated by BRANDCODE utilizing OpenCulturas distribution. This initiative reflects a commitment to enhancing cultural accessibility and engagement within the region.
