CoDA, a California 501(c)3 non-profit established in 2011, specializes in assisting archaeologists and cultural resource managers in capturing, preserving, and sharing digital content, thereby addressing the unique challenges posed by digital heritage in the 21st century. The Center for Digital Archaeology offers innovative, paperless applications such as Codifi and Mukurtu, designed to provide secure and accessible solutions for curating content while empowering educators and communities to embrace digital technology. CoDA is dedicated to fostering a critically aware population of lifelong learners who navigate beyond empirical evidence to create impactful productions, offering comprehensive training, consulting, and database development services that enable organizations to transition to a fully paperless environment.
